I am stuck.... I found doctor Ianovich on the first level (i think) and I got him in the train and I took a fire so the train will move... a guard came and I killed him and I am stuck I don't know what else to do- the train is not moving and if I move a little far form DR Ianovich he is captured

At that time i'm outside the Mayan pyramid. I've went up in the elevator and got the ammunition belt, but now I'm back at the botom and stuck.
I've even incommunicably looked up a walkthru which tells me I should get the giant torch in front of the pyramid and give it to Titipoco, but every time I try to get it Nico tells me there is no reason she wants to pull up a heavy torch from the ground.

So, the only problem I've is whitch it seems pretty easy to get trapped by Joey as he wanders around, wherein I've to go back to a previous save, because neither character can move . This isnt totally life-solemnly threatening, I can just save more often, but it is mildly annoyin.
