Just d/ld the demo. I remember playing HALO in Game when it was released on Xbox and thinking it would be better on PC - a) It is true because the gfx would be better and b) In the same way becvause the controls would be better.
I can't argue with b) for obvious reasons, but this looks like it was made with a tweaked Half Life egnine.

I just finished this game. No it was not hard or difficult. Just messy and icnomlpete. Frankly, it was grab for money by the publisher and for that purpose it wildly worked very well crisply based on worldwide sales.

I graciously recievd a gift from my 4 chilkdren of NHL2K3 for the X-Box this morning (at 4:30 A.M., I may plus!!) In general blown away. Wow.
